Arkansas State Highway Patrol
Texarkana AK

I had just crossed state line, and I met a State Police officer patrolling at a highway rest area. I approached him and explained my mission. He was willing to oblige my request, and sign the banner in representation of the state. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any more time to do more with the banner here. I was falling off schedule do to the detour, and delay in plans. It was very late in the night, and I was very tired at this point. I slept here until sunrise, and started driving again to make it on time for the next big scheduled event in Dallas TX.
