The Old State House
800 Main Street

Chief Teale, Fire Chief
Bruce P. Marquis, Police Chief

We had made our way back to staying with family the night before. We awoke knowing today was going to be a big event. Our plans for being here were well prepared in advance. It was the final stop before reaching our goal, and we were definitely going to make it.

The Old State House is located in central downtown, and is a registered landmark location. On this afternoon the weather was perfect for an outdoor event. It was arranged that we would spread the entire banner out on the lawn area. The FD and PD were there to help us, and officially present the banner I a public ceremony.

This was a wonderful gathering, and had a lot of energy about it. We knew there was only one thing left to do, and that was to get to New York City NY.
