Our arrival was on time, and as scheduled. The FD had also been planning on us coming, and made arrangements with the media to be here as well. This was always a good thing, because it helped to invite the public. The FD was located in the harbor area, which was busy with activity. We had many people come to sign the banner with the firefighters. This station, like the one in Seattle, also had Fire Boats. We were invited to go out on one; however we were making two stops on the tour today, and were on a tight time schedule. Our next visit was in Boston MA.
