Minnesota State Capitol, 130 State Capitol

We became aware that the Governor was in town, and prior to leaving MN, we decided to make a quick visit to the Capitol. We learned that he was in his office, and that if we wanted to wait, he may see us. And he did. The Governor invited us to bring the banner into his office where he would sign. This was definitely becoming more and more of a historical document. HOORAH!
